There was an old man who spends his entire day in an Ergohuman Chair. Everyday when he wakes up, he sits by his chair near the window overlooking the vast greenery outside his home. He was a retired military official and his children hired a caretaker to cook food for him and clean the house. He has a huge Labrador with him. His only company when the caretaker is away. One day when he wake p he saw his dog sitting on his chair. He tried to push him off the chair but the dog was too heavy to be moved. then he went over the window and makes a shouting sound.
The dog immediately ran towards the window, and looked out for trespassers or new comers. Then instantly the old man sat on the chair smiling. He had man smarted the dog. The next day, the old man woke up earlier than usual. He sat down his favorite chair and hours later his dog came. The dog went straight to the window and begun barking. The old man stood up and look why was the dog barking. when he reached the window he looked outside but found nothing unusual when he was about to return to his chair. He saw the dog lying down on his chair peacefully.
My mother taught me how to write my name when I was five, then I learned counting and reading in grade school. At seventeen, I entered the university. I am a graduate now. Still, what I do is, but writing, counting and reading. Writing not my name but other’s name in my heart, And not just counting not one to three or reading alphabet but his multiple blessings.
Opportunities don’t knock twice, grab them when they come to you. Practice thinking and deciding fast so that opportunities won’t slip away from your hands. Believe in your self, after God, it is you who should look after your safety and your own good. It is not enough that you pray, it should also be accompanied by work, not just words.
Lovely May is well loved by many for her sweet and generous character. A totally perky and upbeat person,she loves to share a laugh with her friends. Outspoken and sometimes brutally frank, she has an aggressive character that never fails to draw attention upon her. Her lively personality adds spice to the sometimes slow-paced Bio life.
Apart from that though, lies her kind, unselfish nature. She is an amorous person who is quick to cheer up anyone with a quick kiss on the cheek and the warm embrace. Her sense of humor and anecdotes told in a very animated way never fails to send the whole class exploding in laughter. She loves it when everybody is together and having fun. She is a friend who go through any length to save a friend or a classmate from trouble. Her brilliant smile alone is enough to lighten up the burdens of anyone’s heart.
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what essential is invisible to the eye. I consider myself a paradox on one hand, typical a person next door who seemingly shy and innocent, even conservative at times and on the other hand, a person who takes a very grassroots approach when planning my dreams. Truly, one can see me at school being alone, unapproachable and uneasy to get with it but, the essentials with in me and the unique masterpiece that God gave me were only known by some of my friends and my loved ones, that is I am person with a great capacity to care, has the enthusiasm for living, warm and friendly personality which is contagious and a very unusual person who always has something to look forward to. My words fly up, my thoughts remain below. Words without thoughts never to heaven go.
Simple message to all. We can always find the path the life with friends, relatives, loved ones and with God by our side to lead and help us find our ways as we journey through life day by day.
The knowledge and moral training you received from studying may serve as fire that forges the steel in your character. A strong drive to improve your skills at any competencies and an armor that will shield againts difficulties and failures that will obscure your way as you embark in your chosen field. Failure and mistakes are part of life and are normal of gaining experiences. Some may truly have serious consequences. However, no mistake would strip you off your value as a human being because no failure is so bad that nothing good can come from it.
