Green Future
When I was in high school, I used to collect accessories that were color green. My favorite was my sensational green earrings, I do also have different cheap crystal jewelry that were all in color green. Most of the time after school, I would go to different jewelry stores and look at the emerald jewelrys on display. Looking at them made me happy. Since our family are not well of during those times, I needed to be contented with green colored jewelry and just imagine they are emeralds. I did also collect clippings from an old fashion magazine, where the models are wearing emeralds. It has been my dream to have atleast one emerald ring or earrings.
When I was in college, I worked part time in a jewelry shop. And I enjoyed everyday I spent in the shop. I was a customer sales representative back then. So eventually, everyday I got to see a lot of emeralds. The most saleable were the emerald earrings like the emerald expressions earrings. Also one of the customer’s favorite was the chocolate diamonds mystery ring, it looked very elegant and enchanting.I feel happy for my customers every time I see the glow in their eyes when they fit a ring of a bracelet. I often wonder when will my eyes glow when I fit my own emerald ring.
Our lives have different twist of fate. You will never know what the future will hold. After graduating from college, the company got me permanently as a manager. I was able to afford to buy my very first emerald elegance jewelry on my first salary. Every year then, I make it a point to buy an emerald jewelry, it has been my goal. After almost five years, I have a collection of different emerald rings. On my seventh year in the company, the owner gave me a yuletide treasure emerald ensembles along with a higher position. Now my jewelry box is almost filled with green gems and all of them are genuine emerald. I still keep my cheap green crystals, because they remind me of a youthful dream that have become a reality.
