Professions in Denver

Posted on 30th April 2008 by admin in General

My husband is a Denver real estate agent and I have been one of his clients back then. I moved in Denver four years ago and have established my career as a dentist. I used to lease an apartment then a friend told me that owning a duplex where I can have my clinic and my home is quite affordable. He then suggested a real estate agent who can help me. I got a very conducive place, accessible and comfortable as well. The agent was nice and after I got the place, we decided to still see each other and gradually we got married.

We were married for three years and we are now planning to move to a bigger house because just recently I found out I am pregnant to our first child. Though his work demand much of his time especially when negotiating with a client still we make sure to talk a lot. We believe in good communication whatever the situation or even how haggard and stressed we may be on our chosen career. One thing we have in common, we share the same passion in caring for our clients. And I love him more for that.

Golden Times

The gold finger, my favorite James Bond movie. I believe I was born to love gold. And really I do love golds. Our house is not made of gold but almost all the accessories and furnitures are gold inspired or has a color gold. Our doors have gold chains so does my watch. I also have a complete set of 21k gold jewelry, the latest addition to my collection were the Lord’s mobius 14k gold bracelets and a heart of gold necklace. My fascination for gold started as long as I can remember. I used to have a golden room, a carpet , a bedsheet, pillows, comforter, wall paint, stuffed toys all in different shade of gold. Never been an eye sore to me, and never will. Now that I have my own place, my suite has a touch of gold all over. I have this framed decograph wall plaque in golden relaxation. I also have a vintage frame collection with gold swirl photo of my family.

My friends find my gold baroque charger plates and the golden rope tiered servers very amusing. My bestfriend gave me set of four gold antiqued stars on his last visit. In the terrace, I usually spend an hour or two before I go to bed, I would watch the traffic from afar relaxing on my gold cafe chairs and table. My room’s window has a gold palladian mirror that welcomes every sunshine in the mornings and an olive wall grille burnished in gold just right above it. By the way I also have a golden wall clock to remind me of that time is gold.

Hard Lump

I am just thirty years old but I already have a Peyronie’s disease. It is a disease characterized by a plaque, or hard lump that formed on the erection tissue of my penis. The plaque on the underside causes my penis to bend downward and making my erection painful. So I resorted using a penis stretcher. I am already undergoing a radiation therapy in some X4 Labs.

More people are affected when it comes to male enhancement. My grandfather told me, a problem that concern many men everywhere is the feelings of inadequacy resulting from their penis enlargement. A small or average penis can affect a man in numerous ways. Because of this, men have tried all sorts of ways to enlarge their penis. Some can be harmful and can cause discomfort to them, while many others are expensive or simply ineffective. Our goal for this is to present the truth about the different male enhancement methods available on the market today

Helping Hepa Victims

I have been a member of a support group for people with all types of hepatitis, we help them learn about the latest treatment and how to better cope with having the disease. The outlook depends on many factors, including the cause of the hepatitis and whether or not someone has additional illnesses or conditions that complicate treatment or recovery. Many people recover fully. But it will take months for the liver to heal. Some of the symptoms of hepatitis includes dark urine and pale or clay colored stools, loss of appetite, fatigue, abdominal pain or distention, general itching, jaundice or the yellowing of the skin and eyes, nausea and vomiting, low grade fever, weight loss and breast development in males.

Many people with hepatitis B or C do not have symptoms when first infected and can still develop liver failure later. Most of the people I have spoken with got the virus from intravenous drug use, eating contaminated food, using or abusing alcohol, having HIV or AIDS, or simply by getting a tattoo.

Fridge repair

It was Friday afternoon and I was making a tiramisu for the birthday party of my mother on Sunday. I had made it extra creamy and extra special for the most special woman in the world for me. When I was about to put it in the fridge, I felt there was something wrong. The fridge wasn’t as cold as it should be. I immediately contacted a technician and had a home service.

The tech told me I needed to buy a few Frigidaire Parts, he made a list and I rushed to a hardware store downtown. Good thing I was able to make it before the last store close for the day. I bought all the parts and the technician made the necessary repair. Around seven pm my fridge was back on it’s normal working condition. The technician also told me some precautions and how to properly maintain the sensitive parts of my fridge. I placed my tiramisu on the coldest part of my fridge and on Sunday it will taste and look great, ready for the special occasion.

Fast Cars

My colleagues and I have decided to apply for car loans after signing our yearly salary adjustment. And last week the loan was released and no sooner I was able to drive home my new Eclipse. On the first weekend after acquiring my new car, I drove around town with my flashy car. And it happened one Sunday afternoon I was having a leisure trip with my car when a sharp rock hit the rear of my car. Infuriated, I stepped down on my car and inspected the damage. The dent in my car was so deep, it made an ugly flaw . I looked around for the one who have threw the sharp rock and what I see somewhat shock me. Only a few feet from my car was a frail looking boy and horror was spread all over his face. I approached him and asked him if he was the one who throw the ball. He nodded slowly. Keeping my temper, I asked him why did he do it, and I also told him I will have him in jail for what he did. Tears fell from his face as he tried to apologize.

He then told me his mother was badly ill and nobody would want to help them. I asked him to bring me to his mother. I followed him in an alley leading to the bridge. Just almost beneath the bridge was a small house, if it can be called a house, made of plywoods and craps. Inside was his mother lying like a dead meat in the carton covered earth. I rushed her to the nearest hospital and paid the bills, I even talked to the hospital administrator that I will pay the bills they will be incurring just make sure she will go home free from the sickness. Before I left, the boy thanked me and offered his few pennies as an exchange for my help. I got his pennies because that would mean appreciation and took him to the grocery, bought food for him and his mom and medicines as well. I assured him I will be back to visit his mom and all he need to do is keep the faith and take good care of his mom. The dent in my new car reminds me of the heroism of a boy for his mom and never did I try to correct the flaw in my car.

Home Service Edge

Posted on 24th April 2008 by admin in Business, General

I have been working as a sales representative in an insurance company for two years now, and the most sale able insurance among our list is the homeowner’s insurance. Many people pay extra attention on their home. Today a lot of people resorts to renting spaces and suites rather than maintaining their own house. But for those who have their own home, they will do everything to beautify it and to secure it. Our home owner’s insurance program is quite competitive among other insurance provider, we have more appliances covered and with a lesser premium. We even cover some furnitures that other insurance company doesn’t cover. Our main goal is giving security to every household and profit would only be second priority. We also have a good marketing strategy and ample advertising.

Nonetheless, the quality and promptness of our service are the reason why we have a lot of loyal customers and through them we gain more new customers thru referrals. I even got my parents home an insurance so they can sleep soundly at night knowing they are being well taken cared of.
